By registering in Re4m fit and using the Service, you (the data subject) give KHANZ.tech ltd. (the data controller) consent to process your personal data on the terms set out below.
Name, email address, profile photo, health and fitness data (height, weight, age, gender, goals, activity, steps, calories, water, nutrition, workout history), Re4m.ai chat messages, location (when permitted), device push token, session and product interaction data.
Processing includes collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to technical partners as necessary to operate the Service, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
Data may be shared with hosting providers, push services (Apple, Google), and the weather service open-meteo.com — solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Data is not sold or shared with ad networks.
You consent to cross-border transfer of personal data to countries where the Operator’s servers and technical partners are located, subject to safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
Consent is valid from the moment it is given until withdrawn or the account is deleted. To withdraw consent, contact re4m.fit.support@gmail.com or delete your account in the App. Withdrawal makes further use of the Service impossible.
