This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Re4m fit mobile application and web service (the “App”, the “Service”), provided by KHANZ.tech ltd. (the “Operator”).
This Agreement applies to users in all countries and regions. Contact: re4m.fit.support@gmail.com.
The App provides: AI workouts with camera tracking, workout builder and ready-made programs, nutrition diary, steps and water tracking, statistics, Re4m.ai chat, and a personal profile with goals and settings.
AI workouts require camera access and, when needed, microphone access (voice coaching). On iOS, video is processed on-device; workout video is not stored on the Operator’s servers.
By registering, you separately agree to processing of camera data and derived body landmarks for movement recognition, rep counting, and form analysis. Only workout statistics are sent to the server.
AI accuracy depends on conditions (lighting, framing, clothing, camera position) and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Re4m fit is not a medical application and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a physician before exercising if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have other contraindications. You exercise at your own risk. The Operator is not liable for injuries resulting from improper exercise execution or excessive exertion.

All App materials (design, text, exercises, programs, code, trademarks) belong to the Operator or its licensors. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months (if the Service is free, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law).
You may delete your account at any time. The Operator may suspend or delete an account for violations, legal requirements, or security reasons.
This Agreement is governed by law applicable to KHANZ.tech ltd., subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, GDPR, and US state privacy laws). Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; otherwise, as provided by applicable law.
The Operator may update this Agreement. The current version is available at https://re4m.fit/legal/user_agreement/. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
