By using the App, you confirm that you have read this Policy. This Policy applies to users in all countries and regions.
Name, email address, profile photo (optional), user identifier.
Height, weight, age, gender, goals (weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance), activity level, steps, distance, calories burned, water intake, food logs (calories, protein, fat, carbs), workout history, repetitions, duration, exercise statistics, form errors.
Text messages sent to Re4m.ai.
Device coordinates — only with your permission and only to display weather on the main screen.
Used for AI workouts and voice coaching. On iOS, video is processed on-device; workout video is not stored on our servers. Only workout statistics (reps, time, form errors) are sent to the server.
Push notification token, product interaction data, session data required to operate the Service.
Legal bases include your consent, performance of the user agreement, and other grounds permitted by applicable law.
We do not use your data for: third-party advertising, selling data to brokers, or cross-app/cross-site tracking.
We do not share personal data with ad networks and we do not sell personal data.
Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including outside the Russian Federation and the European Economic Area. We take reasonable measures to ensure adequate protection for such transfers.
Data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after account deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. We apply organizational and technical safeguards.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or delete your account. Contact: re4m.fit.support@gmail.com. Location and push permissions can be disabled in device settings.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We process personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. You may obtain information about processing, request correction, blocking, or deletion, and withdraw consent. Contact: re4m.fit.support@gmail.com.
For EEA users, the controller is KHANZ.tech ltd. Legal bases: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Health and fitness data is processed based on explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For transfers outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards.
For California and other US residents: we collect the categories listed in Section 2. We do not sell or share personal data for monetary consideration. You may request access, correction, and deletion. We do not discriminate against users for exercising their rights. Re4m fit is not a medical service and is not subject to HIPAA.
The same processing principles apply worldwide. You retain any rights granted by mandatory law in your country of residence.
